They told me the install would be done in a certain amount of time, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. I get that delays happen, but at least keep me updated or give me a realistic timeframe. Make it make sense

I picked up the DECKED setup mostly because I was tired of constantly worrying about tools sitting in the bed of my truck. So far, the drawers lock up well, and once the tailgate is locked, it definitely feels a lot more secure than just leaving stuff out in the open. I’ve left gear in there overnight a few times and haven’t stressed about it nearly as much. I wouldn’t call it some kind of bank vault, and I do wonder a little how the materials and hardware will hold up after a lot of use, but for normal day-to-day security, it’s been working great so far. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I’ve been using these for a few months now in a dusty work area, i expected them to start sticking or feeling rough by this point. But they’re still sliding smoothly like they did when I first put them in. Definitely been happy with how they’ve held up.

The drawers themselves are tough and still feel tight and solid, so no complaints there. What annoyed me was the unclear communication around the whole thing. I had to guess a bit more than I should’ve, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

Now most of it actually has a place, which somehow makes the whole bed feel bigger even though the drawers do take up some height. So I guess it’s not really more space, but it feels like it is. I can still stack bigger stuff on top, but if you haul tall things all the time, that might bug you. Overall I’m happy with it. I just had to change how I load things a little, but it’s been worth it.

Ordered from decked.com the packaging was really solid. The box wasn’t all beat up, the corners were still fine, and everything inside was packed in tight. No scratches, no random loose parts rolling around or anything like that. It’s just nice when something shows up the way it’s supposed to, you know... 5 stars from me.

i’ve been happy with the DECKED system overall. it keeps my truck bed way more organized, which is great, but cleaning it takes a little more effort than i thought it would. dirt and little bits of junk get stuck in the corners and tracks, so after muddy weekends i usually have to pull stuff out and spray everything down. it’s not a huge issue or anything, just kind of annoying. so far it’s holding up fine, but i wouldn’t say it’s totally maintenance-free.

I ordered this for my F-150 and the fit was mostly right on, which was a relief because you never really know with truck stuff until you’re actually out there trying to line everything up.
